Joëlle Hennequin

Joëlle has more than 20 years’ experience and boasts extensive knowledge of the financial markets as she brings her company operations insight to Dorval AM – ranging from small companies to large groups – along with her interest in corporate social responsibility, both ESR and ESG. After several years working with Dorval AM at its shareholding company Natixis AM, Joëlle took the natural step of joining our team in January 2019 as Chief Operating Officer.Joëlle obtained a Master’s in applied mathematics from University Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI, subsequently Sorbonne University) in 1998, and started her career as a multi-management quantitative analyst at Ofivalmo. In 2000, she joined the Market Risk Control department at Crédit Agricole Indosuez and moved to Axa Investment Managers in 2004, where she worked in the Market Risk department and subsequently as part of the structuring team in the Structured Finance division. She joined Natixis firstly as Head of Fixed Income Structuring in 2007 and then as project leader in the Organization department at Natixis Asset Management. In 2017, Joëlle took over the financial investment training department in the distribution teams at Natixis Investment Managers International.On the back of her diverse career path and her knowledge of Dorval AM and Natixis as a whole, Louis Bert and Stéphane Furet appointed Joëlle Chief Operating and Human Resources Officer.
